2 Your sevices are for local / residents or imigrants as well?
3 your fees etc?
The problem: Immigrant accepted initial verbal agreement for employment.Advises immigrant that wages would be held back by employer till work permit is accepted and recieved by employee.
Job applcation is signed by imigrnt and starts work 3days later. Working conditions started ok but when the issue of employee contract was questioned as verbal agreed wages differed attitudes changed. days of working were cut hence wages as well. Now working well up to 65+ hours per week and still not being paid as permit papers not yet issued. Imigrnt held responsible for and made to pay for situation at work, whilst when in exactly the same situation another emplyee did not have to pay a cent! Allegations made against imigrnt with no oportunity for imigrnt to make a defense. Seeking insight on local unions yet not actively joining this promoted further agression from employer towards imigrnt ending with dismissal and employer posibly laying formal complaint with local police about imigrnt.
Monies that were due had been heavily taxed and futher more deductions were made from it prior to it being paid.
A conversation was recorded by employer of imigrnt ( with out imigrnt's knowledge and used against imigrnt.
After telephone call from person saying they're a policeman, they went on to racialy intimidate and threaten imigrnt about leaving the country and not causing problems.
Manager at company had pervious work experience from national ( Government sector) and openly said on numerous times that he could personally and has previously helped imigrnts with 'documents' to gaing permanent status in country or on the contrary....to get them de-ported for good.
Current situation is looking quite bleek from this end.....if you may think that this is sumtin that you may want to take on ~ drop me a line. If not.....then theres not much else that can been done.
