Hi, I have a friend coming back from overseas. The police want to question him. No charges have been laid. Can they arrest him or take him away for questioning when he gets to the airport?

Hi there the police want to question your friend.They cannot take him away for questioning.Fortunately we do not live in a police state.If they ask him to go with them he can either agree or refuse.If however they arrest him they can obviously take him to the police station and charge him but he can exercise his right to silence and refuse to ask any questions.He also has a right to speak to a lawyer if he is arrested.If he is arrested they would have to get him into court that day or the following day at the latest,

Hi im on bail from 7 till 7 and it sux i feel as thoe iv been set up to fail but iv stuck to it . its been 6 months now . How can I get off it or change it? Whats a good reson to need it changed?

Sorry about the delay in replying to your bail query.

What are you on bail for i.e. what charges as this will give me some insight into your bail.I think you are referring to a curfew at night from 7 to 7. You are doing the right thing in adherin to your bail conditions as ultimatley this will go in you favour if you apply to have the court remove the curfew.Could you give me more detai about the charges adn you personal circumstances etc do you have an previous convictions etc so that I can give you some advice.

Hi I was sacked from my previous employment for theft In February this year and was really shocked - - I was sent a letter outlining what was believed to be video surveilance of me wheeling products to my car The videos do not show me doing this but I was convicted on it and charged - I did not steal the product There were several other people in their employment also sacked for stealing with the same kind of video surveilance as mine. They were also shocked just like me. Is there anything I can do for my self at this stage. My mother said that I need to take it further but I don't know how and would like some help if I can - thanks
